Experience matters.
So does feeling
truly understood.

Psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, couples & families.

Throughout my career, I have worked with people across generations, cultures, identities, and life experiences. My approach is warm, empathic, and collaborative, creating a space where you can feel genuinely heard and understood.

Psychotherapy for everyday life

What brings you here
is where we begin.

You may know exactly what needs to change. Or you may simply know that something isn’t working. We’ll make sense of it together, with attention to what matters most to you.

The way I work

More than an
interesting conversation.

Therapy should help create meaningful change you can experience in your relationships and everyday life.

An active, collaborative approach ↗

01   Understand the pattern

Notice the connections between your thoughts, emotions, actions, and relationships.

02   Try something different

Draw from CBT, DBT-informed skills, relational work, and creative approaches to practice new responses.

03   Bring it into your life

Set meaningful goals, try practical strategies, and review what is helping. Adjust the work together as your needs change.

Aging, Dementia & Family Caregiving

When someone’s memory changes,
family life changes too.

Support for the person.
Support for the people
who love them.

Aging, memory loss, and caregiving can bring difficult decisions, changing roles, and grief that is hard to name. As a Dementia Capable Care Specialist (DCCS), I bring extensive experience in aging and dementia care to compassionate, practical support for individuals and families.

Creativity with a purpose

Sometimes a new perspective needs a different approach.

I also believe therapy can be creative, imaginative, and even playful. Drawing on my background in drama therapy and improvisation, I help people explore new perspectives, experiment with different ways of responding, and discover possibilities that may be difficult to find through conversation alone. Sometimes meaningful change begins when we give ourselves permission to imagine—and try—something different.
